What if it ends up costing more than you quoted?
It won't, for the work in the quote. If you ask for something extra, we price it first and you decide whether to go ahead.
Do you work with the software we already use?
We build round it: Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and the like. If a system can't share its data, the review says so before you pay for a build.
What does it cost to run once it's built?
Any tool subscriptions, such as Zapier, are in your name and paid to the provider. Your quote lists them, so you know the running cost before you agree.
What happens if something breaks after you've finished?
We fix bugs in our own work free for 30 days. After that, the written instructions cover the common problems, and because the code and accounts are yours, any developer can work on it. If you'd rather we looked after it, there's an optional care plan.
Where are you based? Do you visit?
Friern Barnet, in north London. We visit anywhere inside the M25 and work by video with firms elsewhere in the UK.
