How we count the hours
- 1.
We work out the hours with the people who do the work: how long each task takes, how often it comes round and how many people do it. You check those figures before the list is final, and the list shows the working. The hours are estimates of the time your team would save once each fix is built.
- 2.
We send the invoice with the written list. If the three time-savers add up to less than 5 hours a week, there's no invoice, and you keep the list.
What happens
We spend half a day with your team, on site in London or by video, watching how work arrives and where it gets retyped, chased or copied.
What you get
Within 3 working days, a written list of the 3 biggest time-savers. Each one shows the hours a week it would save and a fixed price to fix it. If something you can buy off the shelf would do the job, the list says so. It is yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.
