Automation
Workflow automation
Your team types the same information into three systems.

What we do
We automate repetitive admin for businesses in London and across the UK, using Power Automate, n8n or Zapier. When details go into one system, they are copied into the others automatically, so nobody has to type them twice.
Who it suits: Teams that copy the same details between email, spreadsheets, CRM and accounts.

Questions
Payment, changes and ownership are covered in how our projects work.
Which tool do you use?
Power Automate if you already use Microsoft 365, otherwise n8n or Zapier. We choose whichever is cheapest and simplest for you to run after we have gone.
What if a workflow stops working later?
We set up failure alerts where the tool supports them, and the written instructions explain how to check and restart each workflow. Bugs in our work are fixed free for 30 days.
