Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

At ILP Solutions, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we collect, where we get it from, how we use it, and the choices you have. ILP Solutions Ltd (company number 15727725) is the controller of this information, and you can contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Information you give us

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, for example when you:

  • submit the enquiry form on our contact page (your name, email address, phone number, company and message);
  • email us, phone us or contact us through LinkedIn.

Business contact details we collect from public sources

We contact organisations that we believe may benefit from our services. To do this, we collect business contact details: a person's name, job title, work email address, work phone number and the organisation they work for. We collect these from public sources, such as company websites, Companies House, public sector tender notices, published job adverts, news articles and professional profiles.

We only contact people in their professional capacity, about services relevant to their organisation. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not send marketing emails to sole traders or individuals without their consent.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how our website is used and how it performs. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • to respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for;
  • to keep a record of our correspondence;
  • to contact organisations by email or phone about services that may be relevant to them.

We never sell personal information.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, and developing our business by contacting organisations that may benefit from our services. We have assessed these interests against the rights of the people we contact, and we limit what we collect to business contact details. Where you ask us to provide a service, we also process information because it is necessary to take steps before entering into, or to perform, a contract with you.

Your right to object

You can tell us at any time that you do not want to hear from us. Reply “no thanks” to any email, tell us on the phone, or contact us using the details below, and we will stop. We keep a minimal record of your name and email address or phone number on a do-not-contact list, so that we can make sure we never contact you again.

Sharing and storage

We use trusted service providers to host this website, deliver email and store our records. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services. We will not otherwise share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

How long we keep information

  • Business contact details collected for outreach are deleted within 12 months if we have not entered into a conversation with you.
  • Enquiries and client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for up to six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
  • Do-not-contact records are kept for as long as needed to respect your request.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.

Your rights and how to complain

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you and where we got it, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first: we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond fully as soon as we can. You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator (the ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
