We check how your Microsoft 365 is set up, for small firms in London and across the UK. You get a written report that explains each problem without jargon, a fix list in order of urgency, and an hour with us to go through it.
Who it suits: Businesses of up to 50 people that rely on Microsoft 365 and have no in-house IT team.

No VAT is added: ILP Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered.
Scope
- Up to 50 users; larger organisations are quoted separately
- We look but do not change anything unless you ask us to
- Fixes are quoted separately if you want us to carry them out
Founding-client rate: our first five clients get 20% off any package. In return, we ask to publish a short case study about the project, which you approve before it goes live.
What we hand over
- A written report and fix list
- A recording of the walkthrough
- Notes your IT person, or any provider, can follow
After handover there is nothing to pay each month. New work gets its own fixed quote.

What access do you need?
Read-only access to your Microsoft 365 admin settings. We explain what we will look at before we start, and you can remove our access as soon as we finish.
Is this a UK GDPR or legal review?
No. It checks how Microsoft 365 is set up, which matters for keeping personal data safe, but it is not legal advice on data protection.
Is this a Cyber Essentials certificate?
No. The review shows you what to fix, which helps if you plan to apply for Cyber Essentials, but it is not a certification.
