Prices
Every package below has a published starting price. After a free 30-minute call, you get the exact fixed price in writing within 3 working days.
Founding-client rate: our first five clients get 20% off any package. In return, we ask to publish a short case study about the project, which you approve before it goes live.

All prices are for businesses, including sole traders buying for their business. No VAT is added: ILP Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered.
How our prices work
- Fixed price in writing before we start.
- 50% to start and 50% at handover. Over £5,000: 40% to start, 40% at a midpoint named in your quote and 20% at handover.
- Changes are quoted before we do them.
- 30-day bug-fix warranty.
- No monthly fees.
- We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
What you pay to others
Some running costs go straight to the provider, in your name. We tell you what they will be before you agree to anything.
- Power BI and Microsoft 365 licences
- Hosting, domain names and Shopify plans
- Automation tool subscriptions, such as Zapier or n8n
- Card fees charged by your payment provider
Nothing is paid to us after handover unless you ask for new work.
Questions about price
Why is the price fixed?
Because you should know the full cost before you commit to anything. If the work takes us longer than we planned, that is our problem, not yours.
Are these the final prices?
They are the prices for the scope described on each service page. Your quote can be higher if you need more than that, for example extra pages or another system to connect. Once you accept the quote, the price does not change unless you ask for something new.
What if we need something that is not listed here?
We start with scoping. It costs £750, and the full fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 30 days.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
