We build online booking and ordering for small businesses in London and across the UK. Customers book or order when it suits them, and your team works from one list instead of a mix of emails, voicemails and handwritten notes.

Scope
- One booking or ordering process for one business
- Card payments through Stripe or a provider you already use, set up in your name
- Links to other systems, such as your accounts package, are quoted separately
Founding-client rate: our first five clients get 20% off any package. In return, we ask to publish a short case study about the project, which you approve before it goes live.

Can customers pay online?
Yes. We connect a payment provider such as Stripe in your name, so the money goes straight to your bank account.
We already have a website. Do we need a new one?
No. We can add booking or ordering to the site you already have, or build a separate booking page that your site links to.
Why not just use an app like Fresha, Square or Booksy?
If an off-the-shelf app does the job, we will tell you on the first call and you will not need us. We build when you need something an app cannot do: your own booking rules, links to the systems you already use, or no commission on each booking.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting, a database and email for a system like this typically cost under £40 a month at current prices, paid by you to the providers, plus card fees if you take payments. Your quote lists the exact running costs.
Who runs it after handover?
You do. It runs in your own accounts, your staff get written instructions and a training session, and we fix any bugs in our work free for 30 days.
