Overview
This project involved building a data-driven application that combines several data sources into a single platform for analytics and reporting. The aim was to remove data silos and improve decision-making through real-time integration and visualisation.
The challenge
The information needed for reporting was held in several separate systems. Reports were put together by hand from exports and spreadsheets, so they were out of date by the time anyone read them, and different teams were often working from different figures.
Our approach

Mapped each data source, who owned it and how often it changed, then designed a single integration layer.

Built ingestion pipelines on AWS to bring the sources together in near real time.

Designed the dashboards around the decisions each team needed to make, with options to customise them.

Structured the platform so that it can handle larger data volumes without being rebuilt.
